Every girl dreams about their own wedding, right? Even I, who had been so judgmental at women who always daydreams about their future marriage when I was a teenager and was in my early twenties, had grown to actually daydream about my own myself. Does it have to do with inspiration? Because we all had grown to love someone we wanted to unite in matrimony one day?

Probably.

So since I’m a little sappy about it today, let’s look at dresses that would be best for any woman who want to look perfect when it’s finally time for the best day of her life. Where to start? Well based on bridalguide and womangettingmarried, here are a few that caught my eye.

Ball Gown

The skirt on this one is the most common one we have seen so far and it’s also the prettiest one in my humble opinion. I probably like this the best because I still have that childish look in just about every dress I see, but that’s beside the point. This one is what is known as the true princess dress. Personally, depending on your body shape, the ball gown dress would go perfectly with a high neck, giving it a modest look and making it long sleeve, which should be transparent as well. It creates a really ethereal look.

A-Line

This is a more tamed version of the ball gown. The skirt on this one forms like an A itself and flows down more naturally than the poofy-style of the ball gown. Sometimes they can be confused with each other though and I think this one is just as great as the ball gown in my opinion. The A-line should have a neckline which is the Sweetheart. It is sleeveless with no straps and forms like a heart right at the chest area, giving it a sweet look.

Trumpet or the Mermaid

These two are almost similar in the sense that they highlight the curve of the butt more than they want the dress to actually stand out. Both are fit from the chest area until the mid-thigh where it would suddenly flare out elegantly. You can see  why this would be called the mermaid. It gives a more elegant kind of look too, which is if what you were going for then great. I remember watching my parents’ old VHS tape that filmed their own wedding. My mother’s dress was a Mermaid too and while I really didn’t like it at the time because I preferred the usual princess-like dresses as a kid, they still made my mum look absolutely beautiful no matter what. This type of skirt should go well with a Queen Anna neckline where it has a high neckline at the back and a deep scoop at the chest area. The sleeves can be anything, whether it be sleeveless or a three-fourths. The look is still great no matter the style.

Wedding Dresses, Wedding Dress, Married

These are what I deem to be the best kind of wedding gowns out there, however that is just my opinion. You can still go out and look for different ones that could match you. Daydream away!
